Proxxon Pillar Bench Drill ?

Has anyone got any views on these Proxxon TBM220 Bench Drill machine 28128. I have been looking online as I'm after a small bench hobby drill mainly to drill blank Tamiya size chassis rails and plastic parts, so will end up dilling mostly 2mm-4mm holes.

I would also like to get some opinions on this one, or recommendation for something better. I will soon finally have a place for my hobby.
