Not consistant. Some show instantly, some a hour or two, some a half day.

If they don't show after posting, hit reload?

Maybe if new the first few need mod approval

When you hit the post button and the site refreshes, are you still logged in after, or does it show the login thing in the top right corner? Have you tried another web browser?
