No it is a Rochobby 1/12 Jeep ( https://www.ebay.com/itm/31442792611...mis&media=COPY) I have made to be a Medic jeep.
Figure is a Plam Hero 1/12 scale, (Again made to fit the Medic theme) here is a video of my Unboxing with it:
