Re: Indy show

I thought the Central Plains group had a big falling out with this show several years ago?

Re: Indy show

I believe there was something that went down between 2016 and 2017 about how the rc group was having to pay more than vendors to be entertainment instead of trying to sell things to make a profit.

A few rc guys were back there in 2023, with like 1/4 or 1/3 of a ballroom.

Re: Indy show

2023 had a big turnout! Far enough from me I'd have to fly in which isn't practical with equipment.

Would like to attend an east coast show at some point.

Re: Indy show

Blender, if you did decide to fly in with a machine for one of those meets, their hosting hotel is 1 block off of airport property. So it shouldn't be too much for cab fare even if you couldn't arrange a pick up.

Re: Indy show

Checked out flights - no good options. I'd be in an airport longer than I'd be at the show. Maybe another year.
