Poor guy in the car was the one that crossed the center line. He made a mistake and paid for it with his life. Sad, but it happens. Doesn't say why he crossed the center line, under influence, adjusting the radio, digging for a cd? Who knows, just a reminder that when you are behind the wheel you should pay attention and use some of that god given common sense.
