im looking for a good lipo charger with a balancer included... i prefer it to plug directly into the wall instead of 12v if possible... anyone have any suggestions?

That looks a lot like the Venom Pro Charger. I think there are a lot of re-brands of a chinese charger. I have the venom and it works well, the menus and manual blow.
