My work wheels
I don't have an actual pic of my loader, but I figured an equipment trader pic would work just the same, if you've seen one 980, you've seen em all...

Re: My work wheels
COOL,
So you you know this view all too well !! LOL http://i72.photobucket.com/albums/i1...cture400-2.jpg I put over 21k hours on one of those G models before I got my new H. http://i72.photobucket.com/albums/i1...rry/my980H.jpg And if I wasn't in a 980, I was in a 988G http://i72.photobucket.com/albums/i1...icture0591.jpg |
Re: My work wheels
Ahh yes, I've seen that sight a time or two, haha. :D But I won't be seeing that sight anymore, I had a last minute major life change this weekend. I'm back on the pipeline again, working the Bakken Field in the vast expanses of nothingness that we call North Dakota. Its a long way from home, and living in a motel room sucks, but it sure is good to be back on the Right-of-Way.
That H is a nice machine, I ran an H when they first came out, much better than the G's. I'd like to have a go at a brand new one like that. |
Re: My work wheels
Wow, I can remember the days when the 988's (no letter) weren't as big as the 980 G/H's of today. The old 988's had a 1697 6 cyl engine that sounded like marbles were rattling around in it at an idle.
