First Tractor Truck Build - Peterbilt Daycab
Hello all, I have been inspired by many of your trucks and have finally cracked open my Tamiya King hauler kit to build a truck. It has been sitting for the past year and have finally found a truck I want to replicate. It is nothing special but will be very suitable for hauling a dump trailer and lowboy for my future excavator.
This is the prototype truck: http://www.truckmarket.org/inc/photo/3231/1.jpg This is my progress thus far. It isn't much, but it's a start. What glue do you guys recommend for fastening pieces to Tamiya hard bodies? http://farm5.static.flickr.com/4096/...ecbf0ed9_z.jpg http://farm5.static.flickr.com/4141/...8124fe50_z.jpg http://farm5.static.flickr.com/4117/...b3e38a6d_z.jpg http://farm5.static.flickr.com/4142/...e91eb247_z.jpg Dan |

Re: First Tractor Truck Build - Peterbilt Daycab
hahaha! Yeah I collect HO and G scale trains and I put some track down every once in a while to run a few. I don't have a layout or anything... yet. You into model railroading as well? I collect mainly stuff that is prototypical to the Delaware & Hudson RR.
