I'm going to buy my first truck in a couple of months any suggestions on what truck I should get

Welcome! What kind do you like? Do you like cab overs? Or conventionals? They are all pretty much the same Kit overall. cab over has the shortest frame.each truck is a little different in set up. Its all up to what you like best.

Welcome ! I would suggest checking out all the various trucks that are on this site. When you see the style and type you like , then we can really help point you in the right direction. Another thing is, do you want to build it or owner / operator ? If your patient and lucky, you can get a used already built truck for half the cost of buying new. Something to keep in mind . Have fun dude! your gonna love this hobby and this site :D:D:D

Welcome Pete to the board......there is a wealth of talent here to help with your build. Glad to see a another fellow Arkansan. Post up some pics of ur 1:1 so we can see whats on ur mind.....we love pics!

Welcome! I modeled my truck after a 379 as well, starting with a stock King Hauler and with SnP's fenders and PMD's headlights you can get really close pretty easily.

If you upload your pics onto a site called photobucket.com you can then upload to the forum from there. It's a free site . Give it a try, any trouble let me know .

Almost forgot. When you go to select the type of file to to send from photobucket, select the IMG code type file.

Hello ...and welcome ! im fairly new here too....Im here to tell you...these guys are all the best there is ! They will help you out with what ever you need help with....info on anything...suggestions on your current build...or just to talk turkey about the best thing in the world....R/C trucks !!!! don't be shy....ask-em ! That is one sweet Pete !

Go to highway trucks and trailers, start a new thread , give it a title and you can begin posting your pics :). To get the picture on your post, upload the bottom file type in the choices on photobucket....your looking for the IMG file type. Then pics will show on this forum....your almost there man! :D:D

From your link you posted, in the upper right of the window you'll see IMG code. Left click & it will automatically copy, return to forum and right click & paste into your reply. You can post several links into one reply as well.
