Servonaut M220 and SMT help
So I just bought a Servonaut M220 and a SMT for my Stahl 922 excavator. I installed both controllers, I believe there both working right but want to be sure. I was not able to find a wiring diagram on Servonaut's site or anywhere else. I have sound when moving forward and in reverse and steering. I connected the +/- wires, the four drive motor wires and the two servo leads on the M220. On the SMT I connected the +/- wires, the speaker wires, the horn lead to aux1, and the gas lead to the M220 sound terminal.
Should I be connecting anything else? Ric also sold me a double battle switch to control the hydraulic pump, not sure how to wire that though. Any help would be appreciated. :D:D |
Re: Servonaut M220 and SMT help
There should be a diagram of how the switch works on the switch. If the pic below is the switch you have here is the diagram of how it works as well.
http://i574.photobucket.com/albums/s...ps33bf7689.jpg http://i574.photobucket.com/albums/s...psb3156a52.jpg This is two switch's in one and they both work at the same time in parallel S1=switch 1 S2=switch 2 S1C= the common terminal for switch 1 (input) S1A= 1 of two possible out puts for switch 1 S1B= the second of two out puts for switch 1 S2C= the common terminal for switch 2 (input) S2A= 1 of two possible out puts for switch 2 S2B= the second of two out puts for switch 2 In the on position. S1C=S1A S2C=S2A In the off position. S1C=S1B S2C=S2B So if you are only using this for the pump connect you pos wire from the battery to S1C and the pos from the pump to S1A and connect the neg from the battery directly to the neg of the pump. Keith, what is kind of current is your Battle Switch rated for? What kind of current does the pump motor draw?
