Video embeding help needed.

Hey guys

How do I Embed a video on this forum, like make a video show up in my post instead of just leaving a link to the video?

like how they show up on this forum, http://godcraft.com/threads/cosplay-music-video.13617

I really do wish that the option of embedding videos be available, many forums have the same function
