help!!!!!
 
ok i got my tipper trailer convert to hydrauilc. i got a new pump for the excavator, from mangom hrc. and so i pu the old one in the tipper. but i dosn'e sem to want to lift the bed right?

if i give it a little bump it will lift but from fully down i dose semt to want to do it? what going on? here a vid of what i mean.

looks like the angle is to low for the cylinders to start the lift
almost looks like there trying to push the box to the rear instead of up

ok got it to work but now need more lifting power. any idea?

If you still need more lifting power then the angle and placement of your cylinders is still not right. If the angle and placement is right it should lift a good amount even at low pressure. Here is how you can mount that long of a cylinder and make it work with a good bit more power.

Yes the more angle you can get the better it will work.

That looks a lot better. Have you tried it with some weight in the trailer?

ya there is still a sticking point. if i get i passed that i will tip about anything but anything really heavy i doesn't like . im thinking its the pump. it was old that's way i got a new one for the excavator

Try using some heavy weight oil and see what happens. It may slow the pump down but it should help the psi some.

well its the pump, i hooked up my other pump just to see if it was better and wow! ya like four times the power. so i got to save up few 100$ dollors to get a new one
