On my way home I seen something that just made me laugh so I stopped and snapped a pic. This was at a local Buy Here Pay Here car lot and the two guys in the pic are discussing the best way to undo what they did.

Hmm...maybe grab a piece of 2x8 lumber, lift the front end up enough to put the 2x8 between the axle and ramp. Then just slowly back down sliding the axle on the 2x8 until the tires touch? Might need a second 2x8 halfway down?

I'm trying figure out how they missed the ramp - most of those show a car ramps usually have an inner rail to keep the vehicle on

This one is just the outer ramps with tubular cross bracing. I could see one wheel off if he was just trying to line it up by watching the front wheel but he has both front wheels off.

heck, its a jeep. throw it in 4 wheel drive and back it off. or knock the stand out.

Thanks Brian - I was having a heck of time last night - trying to focus on my Public Policy class while drooling over the talent here, and laughing at the jeep guy or gal
