Knight hauler body

G'day Guys
I have a dilemma, I brought a knight hauler off Ebay store And received a chrome edition but wanted the standard white version due the paint scheme I had planed for the build.
For some time I have been looking at buying a new white body but miss out on most sale's due to my forgetfulness.
So I remembered from my childhood stripping the chrome plating from model kits with bleach in order to paint, but I have since seen that the chrome addition is worth more dollars than the standard kit and has become a rare item being chrome.
So what would you do???
*As I have no interest in the chrome look so do I strip it off.
*As It is a rare item sell it to a member who wants it and buy the white body .
*Keep it for later due to being rare and buy a white body anyway.

Im thinking strip it .
Thanks Brad

Keep it and purchase a new white body from Ebay. They're readily available and cost about $35 USD for the main body & $23 USD for the sleeper top. Fairings cost additional $9 USD to get the finished cab.

Total is: $67 USD including S&H

My opinion. The chrome body can be kept as a "show piece" body or sold at your convenience.

Thanks mate for your reply, I now have a body coming over from the States.
All that's left now is that sh-t fight with all them super little screws that I find very hard to handle due to years of burnt finger's from day-day TIG welding.
LOL
