RC4WD excellent customer service.
 

I ordered some items from RC4WD and they sent an item I didn't order instead of what I did. Sent them an e-mail, and they responded the next day to tell me my parts were on their way. And not only that, they sent me a shipping label to send the parts back to them. I will order from them again with no worries.:D
