i like this idea, although powder coating would chip off with drilling and tapping. anodizing sounds awesome any chance of over 30? like 32" with the taper counted in on that?

Haha sad thing is I plan to do at least four axles with my modified version of yours lol. Should be roughly 7.5 feet long with the truck lol I plan to haul with a 6" stretched tri-drive cascadia...

Does anybody have the general dimensions of a aluminum t-bar rear bumper? Looking for height at max and at bar ends, thickness at bar ends, width at bar ends, also the length of bars to the middle...
