straight swap should work. I just replaced my merc 1838ls cab with the man cab. The only issue I had was getting the side skirts to fit the chassis.

I agree with dadsgarage, the cab looks larger than it should. And the main body seems a bit taller as well. This might just be an optical illusion because of the colors you used for the paper mockup....
