another option for Radio is the Planet T5
5 channel 2.4 ghz system that is good and cheap...
has analog trims too...
had planned on getting one for my Knight hauler but chickened out.......

no springs in the non oil filled shockies means that they aren't doing a thing....

nice Knight Hauler, I have a metallic green one, there is a pic of it somewhere on the forums, but it now pulls three Tanker trailers not one and has a bullbar hanging off the front of it :D

I know the old Emaxx gearbox put into an Tamiya TXT-1 doubles it's speed... that's why Mine never had one put into it... and just over 5 Kilos coming at you at 25 Miles an hour isn't something I'd be...

true and that steering box would be hard to integrate into the scale version

I don't know, but it had a good life, probably got the 1000 recharge cycles out of it
the frustrating thing is that Nicads are not readily made any more so I'm going to need a new battery charger...

I had my 1400 Mah Nicad battery die on me today... thought the MFU had died and was getting worried I'd be without it for awhile etc.... so I put my 2400 Mah battery in and it was right as rain, but...
