I find those scales too big. It would open up a lot of new possibilities, but I like 1/24. It is easy to handle and fits my spaces. And when fully rigged it will still be over 10' high.

I made some nice progress, although things are not as finished as they seem. Today I made good progress on the third axle. I still have to finish the suspension and the steering....

I bought the shackles from amazon, ha, ha! They are Steel D Shaped Shackles, 5/32" (4mm) thick, 5/16" (9mm) inside diameter.

I made the drive shaft between the two axles. This was tricky, because they are very close together.
