i have used a switcher like this:

switching with a servo. The cables from controller goes to the middle, by switching...

Its only one little mistake: This is not a M251, its a M260. The difference: M251 has 4 roles on each side for driving, M260 five

some rolleys are covered, all in the clamshell bucket, and the rolleys in the top of the boom

I have the same problem with slack in the ropes, to avoid this: excercice, excercice,...

the dragline:

sticks in center= no movement

left stick right/left = turning
left stick forward/back = lift up and down the bucket or the clamshell bucket

right stick right/left ...
