An "OMAX" 55100 waterjet table retails for about 200K US$
The waterjet does a great job cutting "straight" gear teeth profiles , all the gears I have cut have been used "as is" after cutting...

-Top deck
-Grill box
Mounted the side deck beside the cab and the hand railing....still need to solder one ladder together....

I may considering cutting a new frame from 1/2" Alm. later on to get rid of a few pounds...
(actually thinking of making another 777 truck to pull a belly dump trailer...

Speaking of all the little thing....made the proper motor mount from 1/4" Alm. which places the motor/gear box at the proper angle, also cut new side covers from 16ga Alm.

Finished machining the front hub and axle.....and get to see what the cover looks like installed on the rim....works for me:)

I also made some simple covers for the front wheels...shortened up some 1" copper pipe caps and soldered them to the cover plate....should look OK...;)

- the mount plate for the two ESC's (one for the drive motor and one for the linear actuator to lift the box)
- bearing support parts for the 1/2" output shaft on...
