Correct on tamiya rails the closest I've found at any big box store is about 1/16 wider on the inner rail dimensions

That's not actually a RC4WD frame that's made by robbe. They use it on their models. Most of the custom length frames are made using aluminum stock available from most home depots lowes etc etc.

Yeah they hold up pretty well their body's are pretty much the same material as a tamiya. As far as adding hydros or the servo style actuators to the excavators they work well. Thy aren't as strong...

Welcome aboard to the best truck and construction site. You could always look into doing a conversion yourself with a bruder vehicle. You can pick up the starter vehicle for about 50-70 bucks then...

Well the reduction itself will affect all axles connected to it. Not just one of them. Most of us use a gear reduction to slow down the truck and make it more realistic driving than just the basic...

Even with these pics you can see its nearly impossible to have an interior, especially in a day cab. I really dont even see a way in a conventional or an extended sleeper without figuring out a way...

Welcome aboard and yes it is easier to install the mfu during build up then after. Do u already have one? Reason I ask is that the electrical kit that you have and mfu carry a lot of the same light...
