Rob, did try your suggestion, but not with hammer, afraid to damage the reduction inside.
Steve, do the Dewalt has a metal housing on the reduction?

Have been thinking of using some motor/gearbox from cordless drills for next project (maybee). Did buy a couple Bosch drills 12V with a rating of 30Nm! If it is useable everything needed is inside...

Tony, the servo-valves has not been tested yet, but Roland (builder of 988 loader) has used same series valves (german HAWE) and...

Like Ken says, most contruction company has parts manuals with nice drawings. BUT, there´s no messurments shown in the book so you have to take those by your self. I have used a D8N parts book alot...

The tires is from a Swedish manufactor, Trelleborg, the diameter is 31 cm and width is 12 cm. Think that they are normaly used for garden...

Steve, will go with 2C paint, this is more complex to deal with, mostely because I will have to paint small batches of parts, but result should be good.
