Re: i have a dream,no talent though.

I used to think I was a guy with no real talent in building custom models either. I'm still not AS talented as many on this forum, but I did find out that if you just try, you'll sometimes surprise...

Re: My Fontaine Flatbed

Very nice update! I like the lights as well. Did you paint the outside, or the inside of the lenses, and what kind of paint did you use for that?

Re: T880 - Izzy style???

Looks like a fun, but challenging project! The photos of the orange truck are so photo shopped, it's not even funny! Or is it just me?

Another cool looking piece of equipment you've got there, Frank. Can't wait to see some videos of the pulldozer in action.

Re: First build ,cat D11

Very impressive work, Cooper. All manually machined too. That's awesome. Love the garage. It looks like a great place to spend a day hanging out. Nicer then some people's houses, or basements, I...

Re: Wheeled excavator Liebherr A934

This is just incredible styrene work! It looks like a injection molded styrene body. How do you get things cut out and glued together so perfectly and seamlessly? Or is this 3D printed?

Re: New member. Building D8

Nice work, Fired up. What sort of metal working equipment do you have at your disposal? Even if you don't think your dozer is quite as detailed as some others, I think it looks great. Just shows...

Wow, that looks really nice! The trailer looks great in red. You can't even tell that the main deck, along with the underside is styrene.

Well, it turned out great, regardless! I guess my eyes were playing trucks on me. What other RC models do you like to build?

Re: wanting r/c construction equipment

Cost is a relative thing. It's all dependent on what your interests are, and how much you enjoy them. Nothing says you have to spend a lot of money to enjoy a hobby, but let's face it - sooner or...

The decimal point got me Joe. My apologies wolfws6. Joe is correct. The odd number is because I thought I would convert the metric to English, to double check some roll out figures (distance...

Re: Finished my first build

That's a nice looking truck and trailer combination. The trailer looks nice, stretched. (I assume?) I like your choice of trailer rims too.

Re: *gear reduction unit

You won't loose much speed by decreasing the tire size 10mm. Only about a 1.123% decrease in speed overall. Not enough to worry about.

If you know what your motor's Kv rating is (RPM per...

Re: New BHR truck

Nice touch with the heavy duty front fenders. Is it pretty much finished, or will you be adding some hi-rail wheels to it?
