I worked on the boom quite a bit. The telescoping mechanism is ready and I did some detailing, which is almost finished.

I find it hard to describe in words how it is going to work.
To reach full boom length the last section goes out first, then the one but last and then the second one.
I am using a hi-lead screw...

I "made" my own tripod, just a block of wood with a 1/4" bolt and i clamp it to the work bench. I hardly ever use flash.
