Yeah, I was thinking trucks over train would be easier then train over trucks. And the wheelbarrow can stay in its neighbourhood away from train tracks. Lol

With bucket off the ground, machine shut off, does the boom hold position or drift down? If you pull up on the boom, does it hold position?

Try and test the 2 cylinders one at a time. When 2 cylinders share the same supply , if one is bad, both will be weak.or maybe there's an issue with the valve?
Perhaps your running the motor too...

All makes sense now with the update Travis. I missed the part about the tank issue and yes even a properly installed relief can't work with the tank side pressure build up.
