Poor straight line steering control
One thing that my tamiya trucks suffer from is poor steering control. Mainly high speed straight line they tend to drift badly left or right... Has anyone been able to correct this with aftermarket...

Do you have trouble keeping the inter axel driveshaft intact....looks like you will have way more articulation than intended...I know my trucks have more travel and some bumps will let the driveshaft...

I built my own flatbed out of aluminum stock and used the tamiya axels and rear bumper. Was pretty easy. A step deck will be a little harder to build and you will need low pro tires...

I might add that diffrent trailers tend to differ in length depending on the use and vintage.
Late model interstate .....flat bed trailers tend to be 48' where van trailers often are 53'
