What is the best way to get straight edge cuts in alum plates of 2-4mm thick? For instance when you want to make some body panels that actually fit together..

I have been told horizontal bandsaws...

I have enough scrap blocks to play with. Though i am pretty much done with tapping for this project.

Worked some on the cab... my mini dubro hinges arrived so with some trimming, they will work...

you can always go for the non driven metal front axle if you can sacrifice the traction it gives you.

im thinking with that much weight in the bed it shouldnt even matter

the boom is actually weight balanced at the lift point pivot. stick and bucket throw it off though. can't really balance for that

it's surging because the original leim was designed for cyls 1/3...
