Re: Any shows in June?

Thanks Mario. I'll be passing in Kitchener a few days before July 1st. Sounds like a good show! I'll just have to do another trip at some other point. :)

Any shows in June?

I'm simply wondering if there is a show or something in June?
I'm traveling across Canada and if time permits I would like to see RC Trucks/machines in action. :)

Re: My G Scale Train Vids

Very cool!
I also looked at your Toyota truck with the VW diesel. Very well done!
I have a 06 Tacoma, and sometimes ponder getting a diesel powertrain from overseas, then reality quicks in that...

Re: WT* is wrong with people

I hear ya. A honest days work would teach many people the true value of money and what it takes to buy stuff.

Last Fall my truck got keyed the entire length. It cost nearly $2000 to have the...

Re: Chroming parts?

I used a chrome spray paint on a steel front bumper for a Tamiya high lift.
It doesn't do a good finish for me. It remains soft for quite some time. My fingerprints are on the bumper from me...

Red face Re: Stupid mfu that keeps shutting down

How do I know if the servo is binding?
I moved the knuckle rod inward on the servo horn. I played a bit with the EPA settings for the steering (cha 1) and the option channel (ch 2 for my case). I...

Re: Stupid mfu that keeps shutting down

Ok, I'll give that a try.
I changed my radio's joystick configuration. Ratchet is now on the left stick, for left to right. That was a bigger job than I planned, and did not know how to go about it.

Re: Stupid mfu that keeps shutting down

I was a bit worried after reading the thread, as I have a Futaba T6J 2.4Ghz radio and a MFC-02.

After plugging everything in, I was releived to see everything was working out of the box, for the...

Re: cuttin aluminum on wood grade power tools NO NO

Wear gloves as well. We used antifreeze in our machine shop, and our machinist got severe skin infections. The stuff is nasty.

Re: CAT Truck

I'd like to build a Pacific or Hayes at some point. That's many years away though.

Re: MF 1155

Nicely done!

I'm currently trying to convert a MF690 as my first conversion. Learning lots!

Always liked MF tractors, my father had a 255, and my uncle a 265 and 285.

Re: History Channel's Ax Men

I too was watching Ax Men for the equiment, and stopped after the first season.
I much preferred the Pelletier's show from Maine. American Loggers I think was the name.
