Hey Cooper, thanks for the programming tips, the transmitter arrived today, so now the fun? Begins. I agree even @ 26kg its still heavy enough to lift into the car.;)

The material for the rails is solid ss and a jig has been made from a couple of bits of flat bar and a roll pin to bend around. The hard part is getting a consistent radius.

It been a while, still working on the blade and a few more bits. The cylinders are now remade in brass.

Trying to find a good tube bender for the rails, using S/Steel any suggestions?

Great to see a video of it running, the only thing is when it is loaded there seems to be more dirt in it than when it is being tipped. I hope it can lift and empty a full bin.

I spoke with Servonaut today and they told me that in most cases, a servo is broken and the BEC of the M220 gets hot.. Reconnect one servo after the other... The servos should not hum or whistle....

Has anyone had any trouble with the M220 speed controller from Servonaut?
I have hooked up a new controller but it gets very hot after a minute or so.
Its running from a 12v Ni-Mh 4500ma...

The program was on a USB stick, I think it has or will go to a data recovery provider to try and recover the info.
