Interesting truck indeed.
Can you lay a rule or caliper on those right angle motors? I've been hunting
for a pair but they cant be any more than 40mm wide when placed back to back to fit down...

You should consider bringing your outfit down to Cabin Fever Expo in January. That would be a very nice addition. I had my jaw crusher making some limestone 2B modified roughly 1:1 size.

When doing that type of profiling , you could use plywood for your base plate or between your aluminum base plate and part since you aren't worried about the Z axis...

I used the technical data from my machine's spec sheet to get the feet per minute from each function.
My motors are:
Swing-2500rpm 1/17hp 130vdc
Drag- 500rpm 1/12hp 130vdc
Hoist 417rpm 1/29hp...
