When you weld the floor pan in, just stitch weld it . If you want to do a solid weld, come back through later and fill in between the stitches alternating ( like fill between 1 in 1 area then move to...

Looks good Coop . I assume your putting a spring in the top with a cap along with some type of keeper .

I think a dewalt V24 will werk great for that kinda weight :p
