Bruder people are 1/16 and look ok.
i tried to take pictures of the drive sprocket teeth last night and it just doesn't show how i modified them.

Jim, your 1/16 conversion runs nice. Nice job.
On my cable excavator i had to "sharpen" the cups between each tooth so that basically just about a knife blades width actually touches the tracks so...

i can vouch for the strength of the Tamiya 3 speed. The 3 speed in my Mack DT has hauled many loads of rock up very steep dirt haul roads and hasn't missed a beat and the truck is over 3 years old....

i have 2 SMX's and the back up beeper does not work in either one? i am not using a servonaut esc though... do you have to use a servonaut esc to make the back up beeper work?

Motocrawler, i found that if you place a pin every other notch (same place as you put the zip tie) the tracks run smoother.

Nathan, i just watched more front end loader videos and i see what you mean about going to idle when you change directions... so, you would only mix the sound to the drive? What if you run the lift...

We couldn't have a funnel/loading bin for this weekend obviously but, something that could be made in the future.
