That isn’t the Robbe forklift , ( even thought similar looks ) mine ( which you been having fun with all these years ) is an old Dicki , which is also Tamiya Germany , Carson etc …....

You need to start out with 100% servo-travel ( + / - ) ,
And then set the mechanical neutral on the 5th wheel , hook in locked position , and the push-lever for the support-legs just...

They add a lot of cool play-value to your tractors and trailers .
Typical Tamiya quality in regards to how they are made .
But out of the box they only work good if your tractor and trailer on...

Nothing wrong with it
That’s how these GRU’s are mounted : long enough screws to bolt motor and GRU to the transmission . Otherwise you would have to disassemble the GRU to mount the motor ....

but with a little fantasy you can cheat and come up with some illusions ,
