made a tank and smal problem?

i made a oil tank for my loader the other day fit fine and dosen't leak, but
there is this every showing lair of oil on the top of the tank around the fill
hole. and it kind of bothers me, why doe...

scale drive question

is there a such thing as a 8x6 truck? like a scania 8 heels with 6wd?
so the second set of front wheels have no drive? im wanting to ad front drive to my scania 8x4 but really don't have the room...

well i killed the steering servo! but i don't think it was the servos falt more mine, two things i think killed the little guy. i didn't have the end points set right and i thing that was the gear...

well i learned something today! hydraulic fluid rocks! i got up early drove to Tampa(30min away) and me and the guy at the hydraulic supply store tried a few different fluids. dude was a lot of help...

i'm using a 180 once servo in my loader for the stearing works great but it will try to center if you let go of the stick, it works for me

yep its all aluminum, and the sub frame arm and supports are .125 -1/8" thick.
little harder to work with but worth it in the end, really built and beefy .

well i worked on the loader and found out a few things!
1. a worn pump will mess with your mind for days!
the pump was worn the gears on the inside wear just crap
and not building enough...

I well when the servo closes the vavles they to seal and will not lock the arms. And one of the if I turn it way to far Pass the open point the the other two will work and move, good but not but not...

i got a set of valves for magom hrc that kind of old. two of the valves works great but the third one donsen't work at all if any. i took it apart and it looks ok
what could mess up vavles and how...
