Did start buildning the muffler today, with a curculare design instead of box.

Steve, sorry to say but there will not be any shippment. The model will not be ready for any shows this summer. To much modelling time lost during last winter.

How to build a muffler

Have looked at net about this topic but normaly only get info about how to take away low base tones. That´s oposite of what I want to my CAT D8.
Engine is a 4-stroke Honda GX100 and space available...

Finally operators station done, only thing still lacking inside cab is to make doors thicker. Has not decided to wich degree the inside will be made dirty yet, guess...

Another nice grader build. Have had 2 Cat 212, very funny to drive, guess running a model is just as fun. Those small precision motors with gearbox is very powerful. Velcome to the forum.

Soldering the joints looks realy good, did you have a owen to heat the parts (I don´t see any darkening in material from heat)?
And you used TIG to position the parts before soldering them...
