Re: First build ,cat D11

Yes, the Servonaut SMX is the one with the turbocharger sound built in. Each to his own. I personally like the way it sounds. It is adjustable, so you can turn it up, for guys like Joe, who don't...

Re: 1:14 Liebherr LR 634 Carson - Leimbach

Great videos and updates! How are the tracks holding up for you? Those hydraulics are nice and smooth. A bit off topic, but I was just curious why so many European trucks like having Mr. Bib, the...

Re: RC4WD Loader

It sounds like it has a Servonaut sound system in it. I see what guys are saying about the drivetrain slack. I think that's in the transmission, or maybe the transmission and axles combined. 1st...

Re: Hayes HD dump truck...RCP's style

Very nice! The firewall is perfect, and that's a clean location for mounting up your ESC. Lots of room under the hood for a battery or other electronics, I see!

Re: 1/10 Liebherr Excavator R 984 Litronic

Wow, this a big project! By big, I mean massive model! Incredible metalworking. Your attention to detail is amazing. The time consuming process of machining the track components alone is crazy. ...

Re: Full frame Dump trailer build ?

Ouch is right! Man, I cringed just watching the roll over video. Not much different than a 1:1 roll over video. Lucky there wasn't any horrible damage done. I'll say one thing though, you did a...

Re: BJ and The Bear KW with Reefer Trailer

Nice updates! The headlights and headlight bezel surrounds catch my eye. Those look great. Any hints as to where you got them, or how you made them?

Breaking driveshafts just driving around? No load? What kind (brand) of driveshaft and where are they breaking?

Re: My Builds

That is a cool self-propelled loader. If that's what it is anyway. I've never seen one of those before, but I am sure that is a toy that existed much earlier in time than I did!

Re: MGB's John Deere

Thanks for the info, MGB. Not that I can help you a lot with driving the rear axle, but take a look at some of these gearhead motors.

Re: My Little Restoration Project

Nice work! The tin looked very straight for such an old tractor. The paint turned out great. It's always good to see a piece of history restored and preserved.

Wow, that thing is cool! Pictures are still working, as of today. Thanks for sharing. That is some serious modeling. I would be happy with a working Cat half that size. Just saying. :D

Re: HillBilly Deluxe

I love those Precision IH tractors, with big tires! Super sharp. Those will match your Wedico great, Craig.

No comment on Tamiya vs. Wedico, other than both have advantages and disadvantages. ...

Re: Exclusive Ready for Pikes Peak!

Awesome! I've seen videos of the 1:1 truck, and it never dawned on me that the newest Tamiya semi truck release could be used to model one. Good thinking. Very nice bodywork too. Impressive.

Off to a good start! Any more information on the Max Stone axle? Is it a modified version of some mass produced axle? It kind of looks like it is.

Wow, no shortage of detail in this build! I'm a little envious. You guys have summer weather, and it's still winter here. Shorts must be nice!

Re: Hayes HD dump truck...RCP's style

Reg, why are you building such a small truck? You feeling okay? :D You're off to another great start! The cab looks very smooth. Almost hot rod looking, in it's raw state like that. Very cool.

Re: A New 1/14TH Tamiya Semi?

It's a sharp looking truck, to such an effect that it looks very accurate and scale. Definitely well patterned after the 1:1 truck, with all the detail it needs to look like an almost exact match,...
