Re: Hayes HD dump truck...RCP's style

Awesome work and details!
Basic question, how do you tap for the 2-56 screws? I tried to tap threads in aluminum but broke the tap. I was going by hand, and almost wonder if using the lathe would be...

Re: Ertl Pete, Bruder Mack, Tamiya KH comparison

I like the Grain hauler, nice choice.
I see that Ertl is going to release a flatbed version soon. Gotta finish my tractor conversion before I can buy more toys! :)

Re: RC4WD Loader

Doosan colors would be cool. I like Doosan's probably because its the only wheel loader I ever operated, a DL160 and DL400.

Re: original 80's tamiya clodbuster

I always admired the clod buster, and remember reading articles of the ESP Clodzilla upgrades in RC Car Action. It was out of my price at the time.

As for classics, I have a 1980's tamiya bruiser...

Party like its 1999.... that was a good party year! Although I hope that Futaba can help you out. Sounds like you know your options if Futaba doesn't step up to the plate. Best of luck and keep us...

Re: New Project!

I'm watching this closely, as I am thinking of buying a MFZ blocher kit for a future project (probably in 6 months to a year).

Good work, and nice model choice.
