The trailer's looking good, keep the pictures coming. It's a great project to learn to weld on. The thin stuff is tough to do! At least you won't feel as bad roughing it up with loader.

Thanks guys, I need to make a couple pieces for the grill guard yet, put some lights in the bumper and some kind of tow hook or D rings on it.

It's been a while but I'm still updating this build. I've got the new dump box on it. Those that showed up at the Lebanon meet seen it. Made the front bumper and grille gaurd, they aren't done yet...

That's the unit I originally installed in the build I linked to above and they work great for smaller bodies. If your using a grand hauler you might want to build a screw drive. They are inexpensive...

If your using stock Tamiya suspension you can go to Tamiya USA and order spring leaves to add to your springs they have 4 different lengths. It works a lot better than trying carry the weight on...

That'll work too, I like that blue box they came out with but I'm not sure how it'll look on a Tamiya chassis, besides I like to make my own stuff.

Yep, I use hobby grade CA from the LHS. Thick and gap filling. Don't use thin. That's what holds RC airplanes together unless they are all foam. There are no metal fasteners in that box. its been...

The tires Claus has in the last picture above are by far the best I've tried so far, they are the same that are on my 6x6 and work very well off road.
