That's correct, they will slide, but they will be moved in the correct direction and position to each other so that you only have the slide of the lock and not in addition a slide based on...

Really nice truck, but it has one fault. The tie bar (correct word???) is placed before the axle, it must be placed behind the axle to have the correct geometrie (see Ackermann principle...
