Do you have a pressure relief valve in the pump or is it external? If it is in the pump can you show how it is made? Thanks.

Thanks for the links guys. Neil, the way the motor and pump join together the coupling won't work. Jared, I'll check them out and see what they have.

Thinking about skipping the band and pressing 2 or 3 pins in the motor side and coinciding holes on the pump side. This would eliminate the band forever and I wouldn't have to wait a couple months on...

Well, was messing with the dozer today and the hydraulics quit working so i checked everything out and the belt or band the connects the motor to the pump broke. So where do I find this at (Germany)?

I was going to go through an ESC and trying not to put any more stuff in there then I have to. All that wiring starts running together, for me anyway. That's a cool switch though.

Why not use washers for the augers. Just cut the washer and twist it, then weld or solder it to the shaft. Keep lining them up and you have an auger.

It's been almost a year since I was able to do anything in the shop, that's entirely to long.
When I first built the dozer I put a winch on it and stripped the plastic...

Tom, the truck turned out great.

When I contacted Cat about building more dozers I talked with one of the wheels in Peoria, they said nothing about my decals and they were watching the videos so...
