found some good sized bits of aluminium in the junk pile and come up with this, in picture it is fully extended down, in the up position it has about 50mm /...

here's a quick video of the dozer in gravel, clearing the new site for some summer digging.
need to make a few roads for the trucks to transport the loader and excavator.
need to finish...

dirt biking today so wont have anytime to finnish this week,

I love the paint box, I built a drying /oven a while ago to speed up drying time and now that the paint is dry I can continue the build.

weather was pretty average today so I made an executive decision and painted the dozer, here's a couple of pictures showing the travel of the ripper.
I will be making a new blade set up and going...

We have had snow once. As for cold and wet we do that well.
I do agree with moving outside. I have about 100 square meters planned for a play area.

all wheels fitted with bearings, made a bit of a stuff up and predrilled wheels and body and used 8mm bolts to hold it all together, the bearings im useing are...

a quick update.
the dozer has been stripped and I have made tensioners for the tracks.
just a tube inside the track body with some heavy springs, seems to work nicely.
made up some brass wheels...

you can spend a small fortune on cameras, I use a go pro for my motor cross riding , really good camera but not too cheap.
most of my photos on JCB construction thread are taken with my cell...

sounds fitted to king hauler, got the sound setup from eagle machinery .
heres a quick video of the truck pulling dozer.
off road tyres are needed as too much wheel spin in the gravel.

a quick update.
have fitted an eagle machinery sound card the king hauler.
reduction box is now sorted, a few issues but a replacement one and all good.
will fit the off road tyres to improve...
