small update... got the front bulkhead made. turned out great, very happy with the results. Working on the cab protector & waiting on hardware to start assembling the box. still have the protective...

thanks for the comments guys. As for the tires, I think I will keep them as is. The thicker sidewall within the rim bead seems to make a tight seat and I believe I won't need to glue the tires, but...

tks for the comment! I will assemble a majority of the box using 3mm screws from the inside out. The exterior vertical posts will accept those screws and hold most of it together... looking...

Tks Travis! I actually have the box sitting on that 5/8" channel that we talked about the other day, so I'm sitting at the proper height. Once I get the box built and hinged, I'll work on the screw...

Some more progress! Got the body mounted. I knew after I had the trans mounted that I was about 1/8" to 3/16" out of the rear of the cab, so I had to build a small dog box to get everything enclosed....

tks for the input. As for the shaft angle, i'm good there, but barely. I had to notch out the joints so that it the front shaft would turn both when engaged and disengaged. Its close, but works...

Front driveshaft is custom made, traxxas stampede/rustler shafts. Travi hooked me up w/ the part #'s

I think I may get that short shaft from RC4wd for between the rears tho...
