Thanks Jammer.....using air filled tubes on all six tires would be good, the problem is in hiding the valve stem on the rear outside tire....rather not see a valve stem on the outside....the rims are...

You might be right about the color....being overloaded...:lol::lol:

The spacers I cut from plastic are not a true beadlock......just a way of keeping the tire in contact with the rim...originally...

Thanks....it's hard to believe how well they fit in these tires, almost like they were made for it...I also thought of getting some rubber fuel line and rolling it in the tire to fill the space and...

Funny you should mention bead locks....tryed that...kinda....I cut some UHMW plastic spacers to help hold the tires to the rims, originally I hoped the tires alone would be enough to hold the weight...

Still trying to solve the tire problem....getting the tires foam filled up here just isn't going to happen....too bad because it would be a good solution to eliminate using the tubes and seeing the...

The waterjet can cut plastics and many other things like alm.,stainless,tool steel,marble,granite,wood,acrylic,rubber etc etc...not much it can't cut...

Fuel tank pics...same type of "origami" ;)

The top and inside of the tanks will have cover plates to access and install switches etc ( may put a sound system in one tank later on)

I have been thinking about using/trying some small pneumatic valves....they're not very costly but they are somewhat big.....and have a low pressure rating...or you just need bigger cylinders...LOL...

This truck is turning out to be much heavier than I thought....yikes...cutting it from solid material is a big reason for the added weight, at least something might be close to scale.....lol
