cheers guys,
um no I didn't redo the yellow , its how it came but I did give it a polish with some cutting compound, painted the black with a cheap spray can and made up the decals.

this was my first build, no plans , all electric and only a grinder with a slitter blade and a welder.
small steps , but be warned , it will soon lead to new tools and then it becomes an addiction ....

did you remove the tank to clean it out.
I did that and had same problem as you, turns out tank needs to be put back the right way or you don't suck enough oil to move rams.

yes way too long but with starting my new business running a small excavator and truck theres just not enough time in the day.

Don't worrie about that, did I mention that I recently paid for a 3 ton kubota mini excavator.
That cost of renting one long term wasn't practical , so...

thanks guys,
the blower was purely put there to cool the beer as I worked in the shed, mega humid this year.
as for the ride stance, it has 2 inch lowering blocks in the back and sits nicely,...

check oil level...
pump will make different noise with and without oil.
don't change pump speed, just change end points to adjust boom ect speed.

good luck, its a fun learning curve but you will...
