Hi Kerst,
as all white parts, they are made of PLA.
The tires will be casted in black silicon like material.

Thx guys. Printed parts will be replaced. I´m not satisfied with the surface of the parts. Would need too much grinding.

Continued with the axles. They will later on house two motors each for decent traction.

Well I forgot to mention the reduction. I think it is something between 1:100 and 1:200. if you have alook around you will come across a convert using it as this is the most common way of doing it....

Your best choice is an electric motor attatched right to the wheel. You don´t need different gears for running a bruder loader.

Or you do it without a servo, just like Carson does with their trailers. Making a system that unlocks your gate once you start the lifting. :)

3mm is just way too think. Look at the original one, if you stand in front of it an look at it at a bit of an angle you can still look through as it is rather thin material. if you use the 3mm...

For such a grill I´d recommend going down to at least 1mm, better 0,5mm or 3mm with pockets on the back. Gives you the stability needed and looks way better in the end! :)
