Jim, yes I printed them and the way I avoided any support was printing them at a 45 degree angle, and a fine resolution. They came out great. I think I may have a pic showing the part orientation. ...

Autodesk 123D and Tinkercad come to mind and Fusion360, although I'm not sure if that one is free or not. There are some others I'm sure. Plenty of Autodesk tutorials on YouTube to get you started...

Lou, yes I'm pretty happy with the gear motors now. As you can see from the vid, the speed is perfect And I need to test a little bit more by adding some plate steal inside the chassis for weight...

Yes, if i had a larger printer some parts would not need to be cut up, so would mean less parts, but the same amount of time. There are few things i would change in the design if i made another one....
