Just a quick thing to try if it's the transmitter. All the switches on the face and top of the transmitter have to be in the up or back position when you turn the power on, if they're not up it will...

Two things I would suggest are, six tooth pinion gear on the motor shaft, gives you way more torque. and go back on the rear end rigging and loosen all the hardware bolts so the axles will articulate...

Great job again RC. Hate to rain on your parade but all single axle dolly converters have a fixed tongue. Having a setup like yours will brake the fifth wheel off, quicker that you can blink an eye!...

With three sheets of steel it sounds like he's making it 1/4 scale and not 1/14. In 1/14 it would only take around one 4x5 sheet and then some would be left over.

You might try Canadian Tire and get a valve stem extender. Then you can drill another hole in the inside rim to bring it through the back. They make them a million different ways for every need....
