Do you have any detailed information about the size of the original?
Or photos or blueprints?
I like this simplicity of this truck. No hydraulic, no steering-servo....

To work so easy you need a good hydraulic system.
The hydraulik pump is from Jung-Fluid. (http://www.jung-fluid.de/)
In industry the pump is running with 80 - 100 BAR.
