The model builder season is over but can´t stop adding more parts to the model. Guess it´s all those nice comments that makes me going, thanks all of you!:):) Had mid summer holiday this weekend...

Some more pics when assembled. The machine will stay this way during summer but in september it will be dismantled again for final manufactoring of some missing parts. Still hope to get it running...

You can use comercial available pneumatic cylinders, but they are normaly rated to 10 bar pressure. For a dozer this will be aceptable, no need for heavy lift like loader or exacavator. If you use...

Try a Cat Parts manual for a D9. Have used one for my build, there´s a lot of good drawings. But if you plan to build a accurate model you will need a lot of other messurments, most likely taken...

Steve, have choosen rubber tubes only on parts connected to something that can flex or move, in this case, the engine and hydraulic pump assembly are mounted on 4 rubber cusions.

Went to Oslo last weekend to get the trailer. Got a brand new Euro6 engine equipped truck (Euro6 are basicly same as EPA10 but for Europe), one of the first built ones. The trailer was running nice...

Will the 7x19 (is that 7parts with 19 treads in each, or 7mm with 19 treads) have shorter life lenght than 7x49??
